Hey, I’m Temica, founder of TBH Wellness Coaching. I help neurodivergent women build energy, structure, and sustainable wellness habits—without burnout.
As a health coach trained by Duke University Health & Well-being and a neurodivergent, I know what it’s like to feel drained, stuck, and frustrated with wellness plans that don’t fit your brain. Traditional fitness and wellness advice isn’t made for neurodivergent women—but that doesn’t mean lasting change isn’t possible.
That’s why I created a coaching framework designed specifically for ND women—one that’s flexible, energy-based, and works with your brain, not against it. My approach is rooted in sensory-friendly, executive-function-friendly, and nervous-system-supportive strategies that help you finally feel in control of your wellness, while finding connection and support with a group that "gets it."
